At Bana Butta, all products are handcrafted and made with care. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at banabutta@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and provide a resolution if applicable.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Bana Butta is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
